axisCloud does not guarantee:

• Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses
• Specific business outcomes
• Error-free or uninterrupted operation

You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs before relying on them.

3. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to the axisCloud Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Marketing Communications

By providing contact information, you consent to receive marketing and informational communications from axisCloud in accordance with applicable law. You may opt out at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, AI models, content, and branding, are owned by or licensed to axisCloud. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
